Platform Use
Inflecto provides infrastructure intelligence, market indicators, and derived analytical outputs for diligence, monitoring, and planning workflows. Users are responsible for evaluating outputs before making investment, legal, operational, or siting decisions.
Data Sources
Inflecto aggregates publicly available data from federal, state, and local government sources, open data portals, public filings, and licensed or permissively available third-party datasets. Inflecto transforms those inputs into normalized signals, convergence scores, and analytical summaries. Raw upstream data remains subject to the applicable source terms, licenses, disclaimers, and attribution requirements.
A current public source inventory is available on the Data Sources page.
Attribution
Where required by upstream sources, users must preserve applicable attribution strings in downstream dashboards, reports, exports, and API-powered product experiences.
